Lili Bakery (Chișinău) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you place an order: name, email, phone, delivery address (if you choose delivery), and order details.
When you subscribe to Lili Café news: your email address.
Technical data strictly needed to run the site: your cart, chosen language, and cookie preference.
To process and prepare orders and to contact you about them.
To notify you when Lili Café opens, if you subscribed (based on consent).
To send you a warm reminder before your birthday, if you opted in at checkout.
We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, only for their services: Supabase (data storage), Resend (email sending), Telegram (order notifications), Google Calendar (order scheduling), Sentry (error monitoring), and Vercel (hosting).
Order data — as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations.
Subscription email — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
We only use essential local storage: the cart, language, and your cookie choice.
For anonymous traffic stats we use Vercel Analytics, which does not identify you and uses no tracking cookies.
